Job Purpose
Assisting in basic sourcing and assessing activities including collection and updating the database of CVs, scheduling interviews, contacting recruitment channels and providing necessary input to fill vacancies in a timely manner. execute the onboarding activities in line with policies and procedures to ensure smooth integration of new joiners.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Organize tasks and implement policies, processes, procedures, forms and tools.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices considering leading practices.
- Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Seek relevant recruitment events and career fairs of top universities across the Kingdom and enroll in WTCO to attend and participate.
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs of top universities to increase awareness, enhance reputation, and attract top talent; and provide feedback.
- Search for relevant recruitment agencies, headhunters and recruitment channels and present list for decision-making
- Post vacancies on WTCO internal channels to inform employees about available vacancies and encourage them to apply for jobs providing opportunities for promotion.
- Coordinate with shortlisted external channels to provide needed input and position requirements for job posting.
- Follow-up with selected recruitment agencies on received and shortlisted applications/ CVs and candidates
- Develop talent pool and update data related to shortlisted candidates for tracking and reference.
- Forward an apology letter to unqualified or rejected candidates.
- Participate in candidate assessments/ interviews as required and gather feedback from interviewers.
- Gather needed information related to identified potential candidate and respective performance results to assist in decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation job offers and employment contracts for selected candidates as per set policies.
- Develop onboarding checklist, guidelines and employee handbook for successful and efficient onboarding.
- Conduct background check for selected candidates and forward apology letters for rejected candidates.
- Plan the relocation activities of the selected candidates and effectively coordinate with them to ensure smooth relocation.
- Request required documents and papers from new joiners.
- Perform induction sessions for new joiners to introduce WTCO culture, values, management, location, policies and procedures, etc. and prepare needed logistics if any.
- Provided needed information to HCIS Analyst to register new joiners to the HC system.
- Follow-up to acquire security clearance for new joiners, provide work-related equipment, email, ID, Laptop, access card, etc. to facilitate access and job execution.
- Provide input for the development of reports regarding operations, activities and achievements for reporting and decision-making.
